Voluntary Contributions

All contributions made to LitterLoot are voluntary. Contributors are not purchasing ownership, equity, securities, or investment interests in LitterLoot LLC through a contribution unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Use of Contributions

Contributions may be used for a variety of business and operational purposes, including but not limited to:

Research and development
Hardware and robot development
Software and mobile application development
Testing and pilot deployments
Environmental cleanup initiatives
Community engagement and educational programs
Marketing and outreach
General business operations

LitterLoot reserves the right to allocate contributions where they are most needed.

No Tax Deduction

Contributions made to LitterLoot LLC are generally not tax-deductible charitable donations because LitterLoot is not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributors should consult their tax advisor regarding any tax-related questions.

No Guaranteed Benefits

While LitterLoot may choose to offer recognition, early access opportunities, leaderboard points, updates, or other benefits to contributors, such benefits are provided at LitterLoot's discretion and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law, contributions are considered final and non-refundable. If a contribution was made in error, contributors may contact us within 14 days of the transaction, and requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. LitterLoot does not store full payment card information. Contributors are also subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor.

Fraud Prevention

LitterLoot reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or return contributions that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with this policy.

Changes to This Policy

LitterLoot may update this Donation Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
